Sunrise this morning was calm with a clear sky. The sun is just about to climb over the horizon behind the trees to the left. Ice on the bay has a fresh blanket of snow from last night.
UPDATE: By noon a "snow canon" snow front came in from north-east. The weather condition that we call "snow canon" arises when freezing winds blow from north-east towards the coastline and there is little ice on the Baltic Sea. The humid sea air freezes to snow that gets sprayed along the coastline.

The photo was captured using Apple camera app on an iPhone4 and editing was made with the Filterstorm 4 app. I only did some minor editing with contrast, saturation and sharpening.
White balance was adjusted.
